Schedule:

Saturday 15th Sept

4:00pm Meet at Hall - Pack gear (minimal with hike tents and lighter weight cooking gear & shelter)

5:00pm at latest Drive to Clifford Park (Graeme and Sue two cars going up) (45 min drive)

5:45pm Set up tents

6:30pm Prepare dinner

7:30pm-8:30pm Register Patrol

8:30pm - wide game - spotlight

9:30pm Supper

Sunday 16th Sept

7:30 Breakfast

8:20 Opening Parade of Cohen Shield

8:35 - 11:45am  3x1 hr rotations through activity bases

11:45 - 12:30 Lunch

12:30 - 2:30 2x1hr rotations through activity bases

2:30 - 3:10 Pack up gear

3:10 - 3:50pm Final Parade - Badge and Pennant Presentation

3:50pm - 4:00pm Put gear into cars and leave by 4-4:30pm (Graeme and Ilesha driving back)

5:00pm, back at hall, unpack gear. Scouts pick up from hall.
