We are leaving for Stradbroke Cup Thursday 17th April at 5pm from the hall and will be coming back to be picked up from the hall at 4pm on Monday 21st April.
Straddie scouts are to assist with packing the gear into the trailer on Wednesday 16th April from 7:15 to 9pm.
If you got the Straddy Email from me, you are on the list to go. If not, email, text or call me really quickly. I'll email you the details. Absolute final numbers this weekend Friday 11th April please so we can plan and budget food purchases.
Remember the Personal Info Record (PIR) form (i.e. Health and Info Form) is required for every scouting event.
We need 2 signed copies to me with $90 camp fee by the time we leave at 5pm Thursday.
Any medical conditions, medications or food allergies need to be advised to me in advance with this form by email please.
